Last year saw the end of UNFPA East and Southern Africa Regional Programme Action Plan 2014-2017, which focused on women and young people as our priorities. We close this phase with a slew of impressive achievements, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 3 on Health, SDG 4 on Education and SDG 5 on Gender Equality.
