The main purpose of this study was to assess information about sexual and reproductive health and rights, especially PMTCT needs and experiences of people with HIV (PLHIV) in Kenya in order to inform efforts aimed at increasing access to SRHR services for people living with HIV. The overall objective of this study was to implement mapping tools which have been developed by and for PLHIV to gather evidence about key issues that affect PLHIV for the purpose of advocacy for PLHIV networks. The study makes findings in three thematic areas - policy framework for HIV/AIDS/PMTCT in Kenya, health systems and service delivery.
