Female sex workers (FSW) in Kenya have high rates of HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), unintended pregnancies, and other SRH issues. Given this high risk of unintended pregnancies, the sex workers program has been giving appropriate information on contraceptives and encouraging greater access SRH services.
