Keeping Girls in School - Malawi

Education is not only a right - it's key to tackling poverty. Girls all over the world face barriers to education, which shuts them out of the job market. In Mangochi, Malawi, over half of all girls get married before the age of 18. UNFPA has launched a programme to keep girls in school in Malawi, and works with local and regional structures to fight against child marriage.
